Rods: Boat – Custom Builds by Alba rods or Ugly stiks Shore – Zziplex LT14 Evo or an VmaxF2

Reel: Boat – Shimano Trinidad 14 or 16 or tld 2 speeds for common skate.      Shore – either an ABU 6500 mag elite or a diawa saltist

Bait: I always ensure its as fresh as possible. Worms or mackerel are always high on my list.

Traces: Different horses for courses but keep it as simple as possible.

Location: I don’t have a favourite location as I tend to move around chasing what is in season.

Species: Fav species = Bass.

Best catch: Hard to say as I have been fortunate to catch a number of species but pushed it would be my 7.5lb mullet as I stalked it for a number of hours before enticing it to take a bait.

Buddies: Fish mainly with Alan and Colin.

Other Pastimes: Love snooker and golf but with fishing taking up most of my free time very rarely get to do the other 2 nowadays.
