Logan Botanic Gardens Talk

Our SSTP project coordinator, Lewis, gave a talk at the Logan Botanic Gardens covering topics including Scottish sharks, the tagging programme and threats to sharks worldwide.

The talk was very well attended and the SSTP would like to thank everyone involved for coming along and getting involved. We hope you all enjoyed the presentation and hope that you all learned something about sharks in Scotland!

We would also like to thank coastal ranger Nic Coombey from the Solway Firth Partnership for coming along to discuss his project “Making the Most of the Coast” discussing some of the fascinating things that can be found on local beaches.

If you would be interested in coming along to an event (or even organising an SSTP talk at your local school) please get in touch at contact@ssacn.org.

Finally, thank you to everyone at the Logan Botanic Gardens for organising the event.
