If you entering data for more than one fish in a session, fill in this page in full for the first fish and then just your name subsequent fish.
Fill in the second page for each fish.
NB :: Remember to ‘press’ SEND at the end of the second page.

You may either print it to normal paper and send it in an envelope to the address on the card, or, you may print it to card and then just use it as a ‘postcard’.
